Our Cool Rooms have temperatures below 25C.We are able to offer you a superior temperature controlled facility with customized supply chain solutions to suit your needs. We understand that cool room management includes not only temperature management but also other factors as well. Therefore, we are equipped with modern measuring and monitoring tools such as Temperature Monitors and Relevant Humidity Meters. The Cool Rooms are manned by highly experienced staff with a wealth of knowledge in managing Cool Room facilities. With all of the above, we ensure that our Cool Room facilities are of international standards.

Maximum Retail Price Marking (MRP) Services
MRP Activities are required by the local Governing Body CAA (Consumer Affairs Authority) for selected Import items to Sri Lanka with Specific HS codes such as confectionaries and cosmetics. Global Park is one of the very few companies which have been awarded the Authority to conduct such MRP Operations in Sri Lanka and capable of handling pricing for both Dry and Cold cargo.

Green Warehouse
This Global Park warehouse is first-ever green warehouse complex in Sri Lanka and was declared open in February 2012. It is a 100% green complex offering 100,000 square feet of state-of-the-art facilities.The construction of the warehouse was as per international standards for green construction.
- The warehouse uses recycled concrete, asphalt, steel and other such materials. This ensures significant environmentally-friendly benefits while also featuring the lowest carbon footprint for a facility of this size.
- Significant emphasis has been placed on energy consumption and lighting. Lower levels of carbon dioxide and a 60% reduction in energy consumption have been achieved.
- All adhesives, paints, sealants and coatings used in the warehouse were chosen according to the emission levels of volatile organic compounds.
- Furniture and carpeting are made from recycled materials.

During the tsunami disaster of December 2004, we were quick to utilise our expertise in handling all of the logistical needs of the hour. We worked closely with key entities such as the American Red Cross and UNICEF in order to efficiently manage and speedily distribute the huge volumes of aid items that came in during that period. We continued in this vein and today, we manage the logistical requirements of several humanitarian organisations.
