Managing Of Inventory

The purpose of this system is to provide accurate information related to Inventory held in the warehouse to Global Park staff and their customers. This is done by updating two primary documents named “Goods Dispatch Note”

There are assortment of information entered to these documents in order to categorize product stored, so that many reports could be obtained based on these criteria (Example: A statement of inventory sorted by product category: Medicine, Tents, Equipments)

  • Intake

A GRN is raised and the system is updated with relevant information along with quantity (pcs, weight, CBM, etc) in order to track the product by varies factor such as your purchase order no, type of goods, colour, style, location ID etc. A copy of this detail document is provided to customer so that any disputes could be solved within a shorter period.

  • Dispatch

A GDN is raised based on request by the customer. This will immediately adjust the inventory. Since the system pick up these quantities from the received items, excess dispatch are not permitted. A copy of  this document too will be provided to the customer for their records.

  • Gate Pass

Every dispatch is supported by a gate pass where the details of vehicle, person authorized to collect are recorded. Once the goods reach customer premises we will call to confirm. Those details too will be updated to the system.

  • Reports

All the reports prepared by the system could be uploaded to Excel for further analysis. Since these reports are prepared to suit most customer requirements, change of format may not be necessary. However, If there is a requirement to obtain a special report, we would be glad to do that provided that the required data already exists in our system.
